I first sought acupuncture treatment over 20 years ago. I was looking for a

natural, effective medicine

without drugs and their side effects. Ever since it has been my go-to health care, having received it for everything from stress to knee pain, insomnia to menstrual issues.

Looking for a new challenge and change from my career in the charities sector, in 2016 I started my

Acupuncture degree

. I would encourage anyone to explore this ancient and fascinating medicine, I studied at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York and loved every moment. My studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine continue to feed my interest and passion for this fascinating subject.

I have a BSc with Honours in Acupuncture. I am

and a member of the

British Acupuncture Council

Alongside the diversity of people and cases, my special area of interest is women’s health. I have undertaken extensive post graduate study in acupuncture for fertility, menstrual issues and menopause.
